“Mrs. Ha helped our son and us tremendously with ABA therapy. She was very flexible and reasonable with her schedule that allowed us to work with our son and her at our own pace. She helped us observe him in a bunch of different settings and took the time to analyze and treat us like people. She learned what we wanted to instill and teach in our son and gave us a bunch of techniques and ways to help us out. It was a struggle with his condition, but we persevered and she always stayed positive. One of the key things is we used an app to track behavior changes and were able to see in real time how it was working even when it felt like things were challenging. Our son is much better now and we are better parents now that we know how to work with him through his issues..”
